The aim of this role is to provide a second person at reception at our Blair Athol office. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will provide administrative support to site staff as appropriate.

Tasks will involve but are not limited too:

  • Assisting clients as appropriate
  • Making appointments
  • Assisting site staff as requested
  • Performing administrative office duties appropriate to the role
  • You will at all times provide a welcoming, hospitable atmosphere
