HR Support- White Ribbon Accreditation Working Group
Hills Community AidHills Community Aid are currently going through the process of becoming a White Ribbon Accredited organisation. To assist us with accreditation, we require a skilled HR volunteer. You will be working alongside our committee to complete various tasks towards gaining accreditation.
Within this role you will:
- Create policies and best practice guidelines towards accreditation
- Formulate a risk management plan
- Meet with fellow committee members to discuss change within the community
- Increase knowledge and educate organisation staff on domestic violence against women
Criteria
- HR experience, particularly in policy management
- Passion for working in the community
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work collaboratively with others volunteers and to work independently when required
- Previous experience in working groups/committees desired but not essential
