• Carpentry/ woodwork and joinery skills (though no formal qualifications needed)
• Knowledge on using shed machinery, such as table saw and a lathe
• A commitment and willingness to undertake a volunteer role
• Good organisational and  communication skills
• OHS Knowledge and experience in particular relating to the use of carpentry
• An open, caring and non-judgemental  approach to others
• Ability to work within a team
