Community fundraising volunteers for Greenwich Hospital
HammondCare AustraliaAt Greenwich Hospital, HammondCare provides rehabilitation, mental health and palliative care for patients. We're passionate about improving the quality of life for people in need and we have a wonderful group of volunteers that partner with us to enhance the lives of our patients.
We are looking for volunteers to assist our Volunteer Coordinator with Community fundraising activities and events for Greenwich Hospital. This volunteer opportunity will suit you if you have previous experience of fundraising; ideally event management experience; proficiency with computers and programs including Outlook, Excel and Social Media; the ability to communicate with others – be able to work independently and with a team.
We welcome volunteers during the week as well as on the weekends. As this is a long-term commitment, we're looking for people who live locally to the Hospital, located at 97-115 River Rd, Greenwich. You must be aged over 18 years at the time of application.
Successful applicants will be required to complete a national police check which HammondCare will organise and pay for. We'll provide two days of training as well as ongoing support from our onsite Volunteer Coordinator.
