Together with the clients, the resume support volunteer will communicate about experiences, goals, plans, skills, career and education pathways and translate this into a resume format. Each activity occurs as a one on one session.

This role includes:

• Reviewing, editing and writing resumes, selection criteria and cover letters
• Building confidence in the participant to understand their resumes, selection criteria or cover letter

• Good people skills

• Great communication skills - verbal and written

• Comfortable interacting with people from diverse cultural and language groups
• Punctual & reliable
• Previous experience is an asset

• Patient
