Visitor Service  volunteers meet and greet visitors and help them maximise their visit by assisting with historic information, directions, tours and attractions as well as selling merchandise. The role would particularly suit a people person with an interest in the historic aspects of  the Harbour sites and helping people enjoy their visit. Foreign language skills and cash handling skills a  plus but not essential.

Volunteers are rostered at these sites 7 days per week but are particularly required Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon. Each volunteer is usually rostered once per fortnight.
