They provide emergency relief in food, clothing and furniture, accommodations, a low cost food centre, counselling, life coaching, skills labs and workshops for youth, seniors, families with low-social economic background and enduring hardship. If you are a skilled Personal Assistant or looking to obtain work experience as a Personal Assistant, Assisting Your Life to Achieve AYLA Inc. is seeking a personal administrative assistant to assist the Directors in day to day communications, networking, and navigating current and new projects. As the Personal Assistant to the directors you will be working a number of days a week at the office and other times correspondence from home as needed. You will be communicating and making phone calls, responding to emails and delegating for the directors in regards to specific projects, perform administrative tasks and internal coordination. A current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check is required.
