Triathlon WA works in close alignment with our national body, TA and State and Territory Associations across Australia. TA and the STTA’s are committed to working together to develop and promote Triathlon in Australia and in each of the STTA’s region by: Building a cohesive sport with strategic leadership and clear direction across Australia; Providing a clear corporate governance regime across all levels of the sport; Providing a balanced funding model and alignment of goals and KPIs; Enhancing the reputation, relevance and brand of Triathlon in Australia to foster trust from the community; Building participation and sustained involvement in triathlon at all ages and levels; Providing development pathways and opportunities for talented and elite athletes; Providing development pathways and opportunities for coaches, officials, and administrators; and Implementing national programs to ensure the experience and opportunities for members are the same regardless of location.
