Community Connections Inc. (CCI) was established in 1998. Community Connections is a non-government organisation which supports people with a disability to achieve an ordinary life. Our objectives are to develop capacity for natural support networks, minimise dependence on paid service and maximise inclusion in the community. All people are valued and included. Community Connections supports people with disabilities to promote and develop roles as valued, participating and contributing members of society
