Rovers is the section of Scouts Australia for all young men and women aged 18-25. Through local groups known as "Crews", Rovers undertake a huge variety of outdoor, social, and community service activities. The Sydney North Region Rover Council is the representative body for all local Rover Crews spread across Sydney's North Shore, Northern Districts and Northern Beaches.
