Our Values Connection, Inclusion, Collaboration, Innovation, Fun Position Description The Sammy D Foundation's Mentoring Program provides one to one support for a young person who may be experiencing some level of disadvantage, social isolation or needs a positive role model. The young people participating in this program are matched with a trained and motivated Youth Mentor, who has a purpose of supporting young people to focus on areas such as aspirations, personal development and to support young people to remain in education, promote positive/healthy choices and reduce risks associated with anti-social behaviour.
