Dementia Australia is a unified, national peak body for people, of all ages, living with all forms of dementia, their families and carers. From a grassroots community of passionate carers around Australia we have evolved into the leading organisation providing a voice for people impacted by dementia. With Alzheimer’s disease as the most common form, there are more than 100 types of dementia and, for this reason, as an organisation our message needs to be inclusive of all. advocate for the needs of people living with all types of dementia, and for their families and carers, and provide support services, education and information.
