Mental Health Professionals Network

Funded by the Federal Government, MHPN’s National Networks Program brings together groups of mental health practitioners from a range of disciplines to engage in high-quality, free professional development, peer support and networking opportunities. Each group regularly meets in-person or online about issues relevant to them and their practice, and can be based in a local community, or bring together practitioners from across the state or all of Australia. MHPN Networks are established and led by volunteer Network Coordinators who receive administrative, financial, and strategic support?from?a dedicated MHPN Project Officer to tailor the aims and content of network meetings to the needs of the members. Network meetings can provide opportunities for: - peer support - interdisciplinary professional development - fostering professional relationships - sharing knowledge about local services - reinforcing a collaborative approach - identifying emerging issues or trends - improving referral pathways. There are over 300 MHPN Networks that meet in-person and online all over Australia. There is no cost to join. Start your MHPN journey today!
