Advance Diversity Services (ADS) is a leading non-profit organisation that empowers individuals, families and communities from diverse backgrounds to fulfil their potential. We provide quality community services including in-home aged care, social groups for older people, disability services, settlement support for migrants and refugees, emergency relief, and community development initiatives. Our service area is South Eastern Sydney including Bayside, Georges River and Sutherland Shire local government areas. ADS offices are located in Hurstville, Rockdale, Bexley and Sutherland. Initially established in 1981 as St George Migrant Resource Centre, ADS has strong connections and experience in working with local communities, organisations and services, different levels of government, businesses and stakeholders. We have extensive knowledge of culturally and linguistically diverse communities. Our culturally diverse workforce and volunteers speak over 30 community languages.
