The Torbay Agricultural Community Hall, built in1912 resides in the heart of the torbay town site. It hosts community gatherings, market days, and other events. The Torbay Hall committee lease the hall from The City of Albany for a peppercorn lease and we are responsible for managing and maintaining the building/ Our committee are all volunteers and we are committed to maintaining the Hall as a community resource and keeping the history alive.
