AIMS AND OBJECTIVES AIM: To provide support both to people suffering from Parkinson’s Disease and the Carers/Families of these people. OBJECTIVES: 1. To provide educational sessions to assist both people living with Parkinson’s and their families/Carers to understand Parkinson’s Disease. 2. To improve lifestyles through promoting the various therapies available. 3. To keep members informed of research being undertaken into Parkinson’s Disease. 4. To assist both sufferers and Carers to accept and adapt to Parkinson’s Disease. 5. To provide moral and practical support to all concerned. 6. To increase awareness of Parkinson’s Disease in the general community
