The Mudcrabs – Cooks River Eco Volunteers The Mudcrabs are a local community group that cares for the Cooks River and its foreshore environment by regularly collecting rubbish and restoring the bushland along the River Valley. We currently have these volunteer activities along the Cooks River Valley: 13 x Bushcare Sites (meeting monthly) 2 x River Clean-up Sites Monthly Bird Surveys – The Mudlarks River Walks – Chris Bartlett River Walk (15th October 8am – 12pm) Crab Walkers – Street litter collection
