In 2023, Active Care Network and Peppercorn Services Inc embarked on a transformative journey of integration, bringing together the distinct strengths, capabilities, and history of the two well respected organisations. The integrated organisation’s purpose is multidisciplinary to support families raising young children, people living with a disability and seniors living across Greater Western Sydney with a mission to empower them to live an enriched and independent life through engagement, partnerships and access to opportunities. Through the coordination of meaningful and holistic solutions, the integrated organisation works to assist people who are at risk or in need of practical support, at a time they want, to live the life they choose.
