We provide aged care and children’s support within the St George and Sutherland Shire areas from our 5 branches. As an approved aged Home Care Package Provider our service offers an extensive range of client-directed services. Better Connected Community Services also has activities for older people to maintain their social networks and connection to their community with a focus on each person’s abilities and interests. Services provided on an individual basis or in small groups including accompanied shopping, social activities, outings, exercise and healthy lifestyle groups. Volunteers are a vital part of our service and our ability to deliver our programs.
