The Frankston Youth Services is part of Frankston City Council. The Youth Resource Centre is open to young people aged between 12-24 years for support, counselling, personal development, recreation and social programs. Holiday programs are also provided during the school holidays. *NOTE* - all individuals 18+ volunteering with Frankston City Council must be fully vaccinated and willing to provide documented proof of status unless exempt.
