Community Visitors Scheme Volunteers are matched with elderly people who are socially isolated living in their home or in an aged care facility.
The Volunteer Caller is responsible for making telephone calls to Red Cross clients at a prearranged time. The role also includes recording information and advising Red Cross if clients do not respond to phone calls. Calls are made from the comfort of your own home.
