We are currently looking for casual volunteers who are interested in volunteering their time to help us raise much needed funds through intersection collections (tin shaking). There's no experience required and all you need to bring with you is your smile and enthusiasm!

We will be collecting donations at the intersection of Nicholson Street and Alexandra Parade in Fitzroy on the 27th of July 2019. There's two shifts available for the day, 10am-12pm or 12pm-2pm and we require the assistance of about 5 volunteers.

At Pets of the Homeless (POTH), our mission is to aid in the wellbeing of people who are experiencing or facing homelessness by helping them keep their pets. Companion animals are incredibly important to their homeless guardians as they are often marginalised and lack emotional security and support. We assist by feeding and providing veterinary care and emergency boarding to the animals to help relieve the heartache for those who are unable to care for their pets. POTH is a registered charitable organisation with Deductible Gift Recipient status.
