Our Vision at Manjimup Home and Community Care is: to be a quality provider of a diverse range of services, supporting clients with a wellness approach, to remain in their own homes for longer and; to grow-with the future requirements and needs of the community. Our services to clients can include help with household tasks such as light cleaning, laundry, bed-making, personal care, preparation of meals, lawn mowing, gardening and home maintenance and a meals on wheels service. Clients are also often eligible for help with transport to medical appointments, respite for carers, social support to attend community events and activities or days out. Volunteers to HACC are made to feel welcomed and valued. Ongoing support and training is given and volunteers are matched to work they find most suitable and rewarding.
