The Gardening Group Co-facilitator will be responsible for the following tasks:

-Coordinating various gardening activities including planting, watering, weeding, mulching and maintaining garden beds -Using tools and equipment safely and supervising other volunteers to ensure safe operations in the garden -Identifying, planning and carrying out maintenance tasks in the garden -Actively taking part in the planning of the garden space via discussions with RSNH staff -Encouraging inclusiveness, diversity and a welcoming atmosphere in the gardening group
