The promotions coordinator is responsible for creating, running and managing various promotions in conjunction with the Jacaranda Festival. Promotions need to be created to comply with regulations, operated and then completed by ensuring winners receive their prizes. Part of this role includes soliciting for prizes to use in the promotions being run.

The Jacaranda Festival will run over one weekend in October 2019.
