Harold Hawthorne Community Centre is a not for profit organisation based in Carlisle within the Town of Victoria Park.

We are a vibrant community centre and provider of choice offering full wrap around services for seniors and younger people with disabilities to remain in their own home and continue to live independently within their community. We also offer Independent Retirement Living options for over 55's.

Samples of our events include: a monthly lunch and show, Christmas, Australia day, ANZAC day, Easter, Mothers Day, Christmas in July, Open Days, community participation information sessions.

Currently we are seeking Volunteers to assist with: Event setup Centre decoration Wrap prizes Wrap Cutlery Set tables as required Collect entry tickets Meet, greet and seat clients Sell in house raffle tickets Table service Table Clearing Assist with events held in the dining room Assist with events held in Memorial Hall Assist with event set up, clean and pack up
