The volunteer role requires you to;

Welcome people of all backgrounds to the Family Room in an engaging, tolerant and compassionate manner Provide basic hospitality to families including making cups of tea and assisting families with accessing the kitchen facilities Light housekeeping (general clean up and making beds in the nap room on occasion) Being dependable and reliable to fulfil your shift or provide notice of changes Representing the Charity in a positive manner at all times, being respectful and courteous to others. Always being open to and willing to learn in your volunteer role
