This community-based organisation at Eastlakes provides car transport for clients and their carers to go medical appointments in the eastern Suburbs and sometimes in the city.

The main duties are:

• Provide transport, via a car, for clients and their carers to attend medical appointments.

• Assist those clients who have mobility aids such as walking sticks, walking frames and wheelchairs.

• Reports any incidents or concerns arising from the transportation.

• Represent this organisation in a professional, courteous and safe manner.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

The main requirements are:

• Reliability and ability to commit to day of choice
• High degree of time flexibility as to appointments on the nominated day
• Exemplary driving record and current C driving licence
• Drivers need to be 25+
