Ideally Available from 9 - 3 pm on Thursday and Friday.

Duties include:

  • meet and greet at front desk
  • directing phone inquiries
  • general admin
  • volunteer recruitment support
  • appointment setting including co-ordination of Interviewers with applicants
  • email and phone contact with volunteers
  • Data Entry (must be experienced) We use the Viktor database but this is easy to learn.

This position is the Hub of the organisation and you will learn new skills. This position is open to all age groups. It is essential that you have Reception, Database and Outlook experience.
