IT Assist tutors help library patrons with basic, through to intermediate, computing skills, including use of internet, basic computer setup, and program use and/or assist with basic troubleshooting of smartphones and tablets

Volunteers need to be friendly, approachable and have the ability to impart IT knowledge with patience and skill. You will also need to be reliable and punctual, able to commit to a regular time slot, and be able to work autonomously.
