The purpose of this dynamic and critical role is to valiantly tackle the vital operational housekeeping of the general areas to ensure that the house continues to function as a comfortable, cheerful and safe refuge for the families and children who require our services and support.

The Position: • All aspects of cleaning a large residential home including kitchens & bathrooms • Cleaning Bathrooms • Vacuuming and Mopping Floors • Make all doors and windows sparkling • Safe usage of cleaning materials and chemicals

The Person: • Must enjoy helping us maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the House and do so proactively and with enthusiasm • Be the type of person that values and respects others • Be punctual, reliable, honest and trustworthy • Be physically fit and able to complete the tasks assigned • Can work as part of our amazing volunteer team, but also has the ability to work independently, under the leadership of staff • Possess strong attention to detail • Possess an ability to organise your working day • Be proactive • Be able to seek guidance when in doubt on tasks requested to complete
