The Salisbury Council offer a range of community events.

As an event volunteer you will be assisting the event team with various tasks that may include: setting up marquees, putting out chairs and tables, other furniture, ticketing and checking people in through the gates, packing down furniture, being a point of contact at information tents or directing people to various activities.

Must have good customer service and communication skills and must be physically fit to assist with manual handling tasks. Covid Marshall certification preferred but not essential.

The events can be held during the week or weekend, early mornings, afternoons or nights. While each event is different there are some common tasks.

Background screening is required (organised by Council).
