Fred's Van provides a free evening meal at Salisbury on a Sunday evening, serving between 50-80 people each week. This service provides a meal from an inside venue. The team leader provides the essential leadership to a team of approximately 10 volunteers, ensuring attendance, leadership guidance for the evening at the kitchen in the preparation of the food, and serving the meal.

For the chosen candidate there will be training provided by an existing team leader with a supported hand over which will encompass the full understanding of our service, including other services provided by Vinnies.

Role Requirement: National Police Check. Staff/volunteer management experience an advantage. Food handling knowledge an advantage Proven leadership skills, decision making ability, empathetic, common sense approach, good people skills, a sense of humour.
