We are seeking volunteers to help provide conversational support to our residents who have limited or no English. Nothing physical - just a friendly chat with a cuppa and/or other activity of interest to the resident.

We have residents from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds. Please contact us if you speak Mandarin or Cantonese.

This role will help to reduce the social and cultural isolation that often results from living in an aged care facility, particularly when residents are from a culturally and linguistically diverse background.

Ideally, you would be able to commit to weekly or fortnightly visits but this is flexible.
