About SAFE Saving Animals from Euthanasia (SAFE) is a pioneer in providing foster care to companion animals in need since 2003. We have set up a network of temporary foster carers who open their homes to homeless cats and dogs whilst permanent homes are sought. We have developed 12 branches across WA and have a Committee that oversees the branches.

How can you contribute? Our continuous expansion and increased profile means more animals in need are referred to our offices.

We urgently need support in the Karratha offices with various tasks. We are open to discussing and creating a role that suits your time and skills.

No matter what your skill-set, we’ll have something for you.

Our office has friendly, welcoming and dedicated staff. We always love seeing new faces and getting to work closely with our volunteers. Without you, our animals wouldn’t get the assistance they crucially need!

A full induction and training along with any other support and resources needed will be provided by a SAFE staff member.

Time Commitment We are flexible and can create a position around your availability.
