Maintain all IT products including software installation, LAN management, IT trouble shooting and fault isolation. 2 volunteers may rotate days if required.

Support day to day IT Operation at AMNQ

• General IT troubleshooting and Fault Isolation Skills
• Ability to work with Service Providers to resolve issues (e.g. Internet/Phone connection)
• Ability create Documentation for existing IT Infrastructure and Software
• Familiar with PC Hardware and Replacement of PC components
• Desktop user Support for Microsoft Windows and Office Products
