Cafe Bazaar is a Multicultural Social Support Group for independent seniors that meet once a week to socialise, participate in a range of activities including board games, exercise, art and craft and morning tea together each Wednesday from 10 - 12pm.

MiCare  is seeking volunteers who enjoy socialising with residents of all backgrounds to encourage cultural diversity. This volunteer will assist our facilitator to set up tea / coffee and to welcome and socialise with participants.

Volunteer's role will be to: • Provide social support to participants • Encourage friendships and opportunities for social interaction • Help prepare food, tea and coffee and clean-up Assist on excursions • Support program goals to enable participants to be as active, independent and connected as possible • Connect and participate with each other and the wider community • Support cross cultural communication and interactions
