Volunteer position (unpaid) for a not-for-profit organisation.

A Crafts Assistant is required to assist a diversional therapist with preparing for craft and to help assist residents at activities and to have fun. This position involves working in groups and 1 on 1 activities with residents who are frail/aged.

Preferred volunteer characteristics include understanding and respect for the needs of frail/aged residents and have a friendly and patient personality. The ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team is also desirable.
