We have a range of client's living in the Inner West who would love a volunteer to visit with them fortnightly for a cup of tea and a chat. We like to ensure that we match volunteers with clients who have a common interest so the conversation is interesting and the visits are enjoyable for both parties. Social Support involves NO PERSONAL CARE. This means that you are not required to provide Home Care, nursing, preparing meals etc. It is a social visit designed to reduce the effects of loneliness.
