The Drop In Centre (DIC) is in its 37th year. It is a community outreach program of the Heidelberg-East Ivanhoe Uniting Church part of the Banyule Network. The DIC provides very friendly hospitality and activities.

The DIC operates from 10am – 1.30pm on a Thursday during the school term. Activities are suitable for those who are mobile or not so mobile. Volunteers are always welcome to join us, but assistance is more urgently required to assist in our kitchen (due to unavailability of long serving volunteer)

Assistance is needed with preparing sandwiches for a light lunch for 50-60 people each Thursday (or as part of a roster) during the school term. You would be working with an experienced person in this role.
