A fantastic opportunity exists to assist Sydney's lost and abandoned animals even if you aren't able to make a regular commitment to volunteering. Sydney Dogs and Cats Home needs volunteers to help transport animals around Sydney to our adoption partners and vet practices. Free cuddles thrown in with every trip!

To become an animal transporter, you must be over 18 and able to provide your own vehicle. You can indicate the locations you are able to travel to and times that would suit you to be ‘on call’. Simply lodge an Expression of Interest to receive an application form. You will need to attend a one-hour induction at the Home in Carlton, which can be arranged at a mutually convenient time.
