This is a terrific opportunity for volunteers to build valuable relationships with a great bunch of people and make a difference to people’s lives by helping families who need extra support to teach their babies and toddlers to swim.

We are particularly looking for a volunteer who can assist us on Wednesdays for a 12 pm class for a 10 week term.

Sessions also run during the week or at weekends so if you can’t makes this session but are interested in assisting us then we would still love to hear from you.

Requirements:

• 18 years of age and older • Two positive references • A completed Working with Children Check • Must be a confident swimmer • Will ideally have previous experience in handling non swimmers / infants in water • Ability to lift and carry an infant or preschooler • Independent means of travel to and from the swim school
