Donation Sorter - Moonee Ponds

The Brotherhood of St Laurence Community Stores sell donated furniture, clothing and other household items. As well as selling low-cost goods to families and bargain hunters, they also offer a place for community connection.
The Moonee Ponds Community Store is currently seeking volunteers who have a good eye for spotting good quality items and labels.
Duties include:
- Sort donations according to category and quality
- Packing, racking and allocating sorted stock into the appropriate areas as directed.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and /or interest in fashion and bric-a-brac
- Physically fit
- Able to identify clothing genders
- Able to read and write and follow instructions
- Enthusiasm, reliability and commitment to the objectives of the store and the Brotherhood of St Laurence
- Willingness to undergo a Police Check
