Citizen Advocacy Perth West is an innovative, community based, government funded organisation working to protect, defend and promote the rights and interests of people with intellectual disability.

The office is run by a small group of staff overseen by a voluntary board of management. We are looking for person with PR experience to join the team at board level.

Your PR expertise would be used to help and guide us in the following areas:

• Proactively identifying public relations and media opportunities • Fundraising and event coordination • Developing and contributing to press releases • Exploring and possibly developing relevant social media for our organisation

Our board members have the energy and focus to set and achieve goals and have a sincere desire to contribute to the well-being of people with disabilities.
