    An ability to communicate easily, an ability to work as part of a team without supervision, be reliable and of non-judgmental character.
    ERF = Emergency Relief Funding (food vouchers etc)
    FC = Financial Counselling/Admin Support
    WORKING WITH CHILDRENS CHECK required as centre has families and children visiting. Advised by WNC that this application should be started by applicant ASAP if interested in this role.

Answering both telephone and in person inquiries. Provide information and referral. Recording messages, shopping, collecting mail. Assist with updating information. Emergency Relief Funding Mon, Tue, Thur - Financial Counselling/Admin Support Mon, Thur.
