The walks take place at a different location in the Illawarra each month.  You will be required to welcome clients at the starting point of the walk and provide sighted guide, if required. You may need to assist clients purchase food and drinks and arrange transport home, if requested. We may also need you to provide transport to the walk for a client if they live nearby.

Our volunteers ensure the walks are conducted in a safe manner, and report any concerns to the designated Vision Australia staff member whilst supporting and encouraging ongoing participation by group members.
