We are a community based volunteer group that has operated in Western Australia since 1977. Volunteer tutors provide free one-to-one assistance to adults wanting to improve their reading, writing, spelling and maths skills.
Volunteer tutors assist adults in literacy (reading, writing, spelling, maths and English as a second language) on a one to one basis for 1 to 2 hours per week. Tutors have the right to terminate with program or alloted student at any time. Tutors are asked to give 1hr tuition and 1hr preparation each week. Students are to complete homework.
