We are looking for support workers to join our Lifeskills Plus program across the East Metro Region. Disability Support volunteers provide individualised support, mentoring and training for adults with disabilities who are working towards their goals through daily activities within their local community.

Working one-on-one or with small groups you will:

•Support and mentor participants to increase their independence •Support participants to engage in community activities •Teach and encourage participants to gain new skills and healthy activities •Model and encourage appropriate social behaviours •Assist individuals with personal care, as required
