Full training will be provided on safe food handling, WHS as well as use of coffee machine.
Would you like to learn about food preparation and handling? Join our team and be a part of enhancing public visits to an Historic House. You will need to be available 10:30am - 3pm from on Saturday only.
Volunteer duties will include ensuring that the Tea Room and Service areas are presented in a professional welcoming manner for visitors. Monitor food preparation, storage and service areas to ensure that food service and preparation is carried out under the strictest hygiene conditions to provide high quality food presentation and service.
Assist with food preparation for early visitor groups, monitor stock, handle cash and provide basic record keeping. Work closely with Garden and House volunteers to present House is presented in the best possible light for its visitors.
Full training will be provided on safe food handling, WH&S as well as use of coffee machine. The successful applicant will be comfortable communicating with members of the public.
Volunteers will be asked to become a member of the Organisation's Friends Group ($25 p.a.)
