Support the Girls Australia is a growing charity in Queensland and NSW. We are looking for a woman who can embrace our ethos, learn our passion and purpose, and use that to engage prospective volunteers. We have an excellent system in place for the recruitment of volunteers. Your role is a vital one. You will be the initial "face and voice" of Support the Girls Australia in Queensland. You will assist with the recruitment and interviewing of applicants.  You will also assist with the training and support of new volunteers along with the CEO and other coordinators. You are an individual with strong collaboration, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Good management skills are an advantage. This voluntary role requires someone available during the day and is ideal for a woman who is semi-retired, works part-time or is retired. Support the Girls reaches out to vulnerable women and provides some of their basic needs. We fit and provide bras, and supply toiletries, underwear and sanitary products.
